I'm a Supervisor of Content Publishing at A+E Global Media, working in streaming and FAST channel operations. I like being close to the content but also close to all of the bugs and hiccups. Keeps me on my toes!
I'm also midway through a Master's in Project Management at Champlain College, because apparently I enjoy having a lot going on. It's less a career pivot and more a deliberate sharpening of skills I already use every day.
I make things. Constantly.
I paint with watercolors. I draw with ink and charcoal. I'm learning. Mostly learning to drop the perfectionism. There's a whole Instagram account dedicated to the fumbling if schadenfreude is your thing.
But art is just one thing. When I decide I'm doing something, I'm doing it. That's pretty much why this website exists at all.
Enthusiastic consumer of things.
I watch a lot of movies and television. I read a lot of books. I love a good used book with notes from a distant stranger. I'm very into music. I still buy CDs. I cook and bake when I remember I enjoy it, which is not as often as I should.
I'm drawn to things with personality — garish, colorful, weird, beautiful stuff. Visual boredom is a total thing.
